Manufacturing Faults:
Any product with a manufacturing fault will be replaced in accordance with the manufacturers guarantee on a like for like basis only. No credit will be given and no alternative product will be supplied. Faulty products must be returned in suitable protective packaging by Recorded Delivery or some other traceable method. We reserve the right to reject any "faulty" product if we consider the complaint to be unreasonable, unjustified, or of the Customer's negligence or making.
These guarantees do not cover fair wear and tear; neglect; abuse or misuse of your goods; loss or damage through whatever causation, e.g. fire, smoke, sunlight, weather, rusting, corrosion, infestation via animals or boreing insects, theft, or explosion; accidental damage or consequential loss, etc. The supplier's liability is restricted to the value of replacement goods only and we will not be held liable for any consequential losses.
Furniture Finish Disclaimer:
In the manufacture of the furniture natural timber and traditional treatments have been used throughout, to achieve an authentic appearance. Each item of furniture is unique in its appearance and therefore Just Interiors cannot accept responsibility for any cosmetic variations in the distressed paint finishes, as this is a design feature and not a defect. This applies specifically where two or more articles of the same type or batch are purchased.
Each item is unique and handcrafted form start to finish, using “old world “traditional methods of construction. The individual workmanship may cause slight differences in measurements. Solid wood is also a factor: it consistently responds to its environment. Please be aware that all if any blemishes are non-structural in nature.
Bespoke, modified or special paint finished goods may only be amended or cancelled within 48 hours otherwise Just Interiors reserve the right to charge you any additional costs we may incur in relation to your order. The additional cost shall not be more than 25% of the value of the products in question. Bespoke, modified or special paint finished goods cannot be returned after you have received them, unless they are inspected and confirmed by us as defective. Please note delivery charges relating to your original order and subsequent return will not be credited or refunded.
Every effort is made to ensure that the Products we supply correspond as closely as possible to the samples shown on line, but they may not be exactly the same. We regret that no responsibility can be accepted for any slight variations which all add to the unique features of the Products including but not limited to the following:
1. On fabric the shade may inevitably vary slightly from one printing batch to another.
2. References to "gold" and "silver" are, unless stated otherwise, references to the respective colours.
3. On certain leather finishes there may be shade variations, and any small blemishes found in the leather are a unique characteristic of a natural material and not a defect or weakness. Scratches and marks may occur through everyday use; these will age over time and add to the distinguishing features of the Product.
4. Certain beds in our range are not suitable for children aged 6 and under because of the entrapment hazard .Advice should be sought from a member of staff before purchasing a bed for a child.
5. Dependant upon the system used Internet browsers show colours differently please call to speak to a member of staff for a true likeness to be sent to you as we cannot accept responsibility if the colour show on your browser is not exact to the true colour of the furniture.
Orders:
Acceptance of Order
Your order becomes binding as soon as we have accepted it, subject to your rights of cancellation.
Your order will be accepted as soon as we have confirmed your order. Our acceptance of your order is conditional on the availability of the Products you have ordered. If any of the Products you have ordered are unavailable, or should events occur beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In such circumstances we shall let you know as soon as possible.

The Products you order will be made specifically to your order, in accordance with the instructions and specifications you have given us.
It is your responsibility to check all details and aspects of your order are correct, and suitable for your requirements, including measurements, dimensions, Product features, access and delivery.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

If you need to amend or cancel your order for Upholstery,Furniture or Made-To-Measure Products, you have the right to do so at any time up to 48 hours after you have placed your order, by contacting us on 01992 576656.
